These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of riolaundromat.com (the “Site”) and any promotions or offers we run through it. By using the Site or signing up for an offer, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

The Site is operated by Rio Laundromat LLC, 8328 De Soto Ave, Canoga Park, CA 91304 (“Rio Laundromat,” “we,” “us”).

2. Using the Site

You may use the Site for lawful, personal purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Site — for example, by submitting false information, attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, using automated means to submit entries, or interfering with other users’ use of it.

3. Offers and promo codes

From time to time we offer promotions such as sign-up credits and giveaways. Unless an offer’s own terms say otherwise:

• Offers are available for a limited time and may be changed, paused, or ended at any time.
• Promo codes and sign-up credits are limited to one per person or household, have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be combined with other offers.
• Sign-up credits are redeemed in person at Rio Laundromat by showing your code to an attendant, subject to availability and verification.
• Any giveaway is governed by its own Official Rules, which control in the event of a conflict with these Terms.
• We may disqualify or void an offer for anyone we reasonably believe has abused it or provided false information.

4. Communications

If you sign up, you consent to receive the messages you requested (such as your offer code) and, where you have opted in, marketing communications by email or text. You can opt out at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including the Rio Laundromat name, logo, text, and design — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our permission.

6. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rio Laundromat will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or any offer. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
